Budapest Bookclub by Nasya Zeyn
Budapest Bookclub by Nasya Zeyn is a community of local and international women — and it’s about much more than reading books. Each month, we choose one book and come together at the end of the month for open, thoughtful discussions about the story, our lives, and everything in between.

Alongside our book meetings, the Bookclub hosts a wide range of experiences, from pottery workshops and yoga or pilates classes to art sessions and special talks with life coaches and creatives.
What began as a small dream in March 2024 with just seven women has grown into a community of more than seventy members. At its heart, the Bookclub is a space for connection, creativity, and belonging — a place that continues to grow from a shared love of books into something that feels like home.

Newsletter
Our monthly newsletter is a quiet moment to stay connected between meetings — a way to keep the Bookclub close, even when life gets busy. Sent once a month, it brings together books, people and little details that make our community what it is.
Book of the Month
Each month, we share our current Bookclub pick, along with a short note on why we chose it and what to expect from the discussion.

Book Recommendations
A small, curated selection of books — from Bookclub favourites to recent reads and personal recommendations — for those moments when you’re wondering what to read next.

Birthday Notes
We love celebrating each other. Our newsletter includes Bookclub members’ birthdays for the month, because community is about remembering the people behind the pages.

Member Spotlight
Every month, we introduce one Bookclub member. You’re all incredibly talented across different fields, and this is a space to share your story, passion or creative work with the rest of the community.

Meet our partners and collaborators
We work with a carefully selected group of creatives, studios and brands who help shape our Bookclub experiences beyond books — from hands-on workshops and movement sessions to art, design and thoughtful partnerships.
We partner with Tony’s Chocolonely because their focus on conscious choices and transparency mirrors the values at the core of our Bookclub: community, awareness and meaningful connection.
We collaborated with nacre.creative on a bookmark-making workshop for our Bookclub members, and loved exploring a hands-on, creative format together.
We hosted a candle-making workshop with Botanika Labor, where members created their own candles by choosing the scents themselves.
Our pottery workshop with Cozy Studio was a cosy autumn event, with Bookclub members shaping and glazing their own plates, mugs and ceramic pieces.
